I am privileged to share my love of language and literature with budding readers and writers at Mary, Star of the Sea school. I have a Bachelor of Arts in literature and a Juris Doctorate. I spent nearly twenty years as a professional writer working for appellate courts and teaching writing at the graduate-school level, and I am the co-developer of an educational newspaper for children that is still published in my former home state of Arizona. Outside of the classroom, you can find me hiking, swimming, and—of course—reading. I look forward to working with you and your children.
