MSOS students were excited to assist the MSOS Peace & Social Justice Ministry, which meets monthly to prepare meals for the Keauhou Homeless Shelter. In a heartwarming display of compassion and service, MSOS students organized a dedicated effort to prepare and distribute toiletry bags, dessert plates, and delicious homemade bread. Their efforts were joined by parishioner Joe Leonardo who taught the students how to make bread. The students made enough dough to make 200 mini loaves of bread. Pasta making was also a fun part of their day. Many lessons were learned; but, the most important one was that it does not take a village to make a difference, it just takes a heart.
