Congratulations MSOS ROBOTICS team

Na Hoku “Hui O ikehui Hou” participated in their first robotics competition on Saturday, November 12. Our robotics team has been preparing all year long for the competition and it was so exciting to watch the intensity in their faces as they competed to master their robotics challenges. The First Lego League (FLL) Robotics competition is an entry-level robotics program for children 9-14 years of age. Teams learn to design and code LEGO robots and attempt challenges based on real world issues.

As a result of the team’s efforts, they received an invitation to participate in the Hawaii State FIRST Lego League Championship Tournament on 3 December, at the Neil Blaisdell Center.

During the next two weeks, the team will be working long hours fine-tuning their robot performance as well as their presentations for the state tournament.  GO Na Hoku’s!”
