Family and Friends Gather to Celebrate Important Spiritual Milestone

The ceremony for the sacrament of First Holy Communion and Confirmation, a solemn and joyous occasion marked by rituals and traditions took place on Saturday, April 29. The candidates from grades 2 to grades 7, many dressed in the traditional white, received the sacrament of the Eucharist for the first time. Bishop Larry Silva, was present to seal their commitment to the Catholic faith through the laying on of hands. Family and friends gathered to celebrate this important milestone in the candidates’ spiritual journey.
