Mahalo to our MSOS ohana for your Maui donations and volunteer efforts. Administrators across the diocese travelled to Maui to hand deliver hundreds of boxes to Sacred Hearts Mission Church and Sacred Hearts Principal, Mrs. Tonata Lolesio. Sacred Hearts School, Lahaina, was partially destroyed by the recent Maui Fires. Despite 5 of the school’s five teaching staff who lost their homes, the school is readying to open up a phased reopening of classes at Sacred Hearts Mission Church north in Kapalua. Our donations will help to make this goal a reality! The Sacred Hearts community has worked to have space for 220 students, including some displaced from Department of Education schools. Please continue to keep the entire Maui Community in your prayers.
