Mrs. Rocheleau, our school librarian, included her third graders in the Keiki to Kupuna holiday project. This project encourages students to reflect and write letters of hope for the holidays. The letters are then delivered to home bound seniors who receive meals and seniors in facilities and who don’t have many family members nearby.
