Altar serving is a wonderful ministry that allows children to become involved in our parish. Our student altar servers recently participated in a blessing ceremony at our weekly student mass. Any child in fourth grade and up who has celebrated their First Holy Communion is invited to participate in our school and parish as an Altar Server.
Altar servers serve an important role by assisting our priests on the altar during our school mass. The blessings they receive in serving our Lord on the altar will enable them to continue to grow in their faith and relationship with Christ.
Each year, students are invited to join and are placed on a schedule to serve at their designated Masses.
