Mary Star of the Sea School proudly unveiled its new mission and vision statement, “Nurture – Unite – Inspire: Empowered to Succeed, Guided by Faith.” This initiative involved collaborative input from teachers, parents, school board members, students, and Fr. Frankie, pastor of the parish.
The launch took place at the First Semester Awards Ceremony Friday, January 24 following the 8 a.m. Catholic Schools Week Kick-off mass sponsored by Student Council. During the event, the winner of the Mission and Vision Logo Competition was announced and students received a complimentary mission and vision t-shirt symbolizing their shared commitment to the school’s values. The mission and vision logo competition sparked great enthusiasm among our students and every student received complimentary mission and vision t-shirts. Now its time to put our mission into action!
