Mrs. Muneno

Charlene Muneno has been the Admissions Director at Mary, Star of the Sea School since 2017.  Born and raised in Santa Monica, CA, she graduated from California State University,Long Beach with a BS degree in Business Administration.  Happily married for 30 years to her fabulous husband Jim, they are blessed with two children Sebastian (26), and Anaya (15, MSOS Class of 2020).  On Sunday mornings, Charlene and Jim, (with the help of Anaya’s lovely voice), co-direct the Mystical Rose Oratory Music Ministry during mass at Chaminade University.  Charlene loves cooking ethnic comfort foods, being a  busy homebody, and holo-holoing around the island with her family.  Charlene feels extremely blessed to be working with a wonderful group of  people at MSOS, and her mission is to grow the MSOS Ohana!
