• If the child you are applying today has attended other schools, please have the years, grades, and names of schools attended.
• If the child you are applying today is Catholic, please have the child's Baptism, and if applicable, First Communion and Confirmation dates and Church Name.
• A valid credit card to process the $100.00 nonrefundable application fee.
