Bishop Larry Silva presided at the First Holy Communion and Confirmation celebration at Mary Star of the Sea Church on Saturday, April 20. Confrimation is the thrid and final sacrament of initiation and represents the enduring power of Holy Spirit. Fourteen MSOS students and two MSOS families participated in sacramental preparations throughout the year and yesterday evening, took a significant step forward in their spiritual journey, guided by the light of God’s love.
We also congratulate the Gabby and Ellie Petrie and parents, Matthew and Joshua Klein, and Ms. Holli and her daughter who were baptized into the Catholic Church at the Easter Vigil.
