Description
Welcome to volleyball for 4th-8th graders! Experienced or not, in this class, you will learn the fundamentals of volleyball, including serving, passing, hitting, and setting. You will play many game-like drills (“Grills”) to use your fundamentals under game-like conditions. You will play a lot of small-group games to increase the number of times you touch the ball and to accelerate your improvement. You will learn teamwork, communication, and sportsmanship. Great preparation for your school’s next volleyball season.
