Chef Toshi

Chef Toshi was born in Ibaraki, Japan. He is a professional chef with over 20 years of experience at Benihana (Tokyo, New York and Hawaii,) Kaiwa Restaurant in Waikiki, a former owner of two Subway franchises and most recently a chef for Halepuna Waikiki. Chef Toshi has a beautiful family, a daughter that attends our school, and two fortunate dogs, Choco and Chibi, that enjoy Chef’s skill at home too.
